Thomas Harvey Skinner, Jr. (1820-1892)
Formerly known as Second Presbyterian Church of Cincinnati, Ohio, Thomas Harvey Skinner, Jr. served as the pastor of this congregation from 1871 to 1881. The building pictured here was built in 1875 and the church is now known as Covenant First Presbyterian Church (PCUSA).
